This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. ("Integrated Quantum", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles information in connection with our business, including our public website, marketing and sales activities, and our software products and services. It explains your rights and how to contact us about your personal information.

This Policy applies to Integrated Quantum as a company. Each product or application offered by Integrated Quantum may also be subject to a product specific privacy policy that describes in detail how that product handles data within a customer's environment. Where a product specific policy exists, it governs data handling specific to that product. This Policy governs everything else.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to:

• visitors to our public website and any web properties operated by Integrated Quantum ("Website Visitors");

• prospective and current customers, their authorized representatives, and contact persons at their organizations ("Customers");

• individuals who contact us by email, through a marketplace or platform ticketing system, or by any other direct means ("Contacts"); and

• individuals who submit applications for employment or other engagement with Integrated Quantum ("Applicants"), to the extent described in Section 8 below.

This Policy does not apply to information processed by our products inside a customer's own environment. That processing is governed by the applicable product specific privacy policy and by the customer's own data governance practices.

2. Our Privacy Philosophy

Integrated Quantum develops privacy preserving machine learning infrastructure. Privacy by design is a core principle not only of our products but of how we operate as a company. We collect only the information we need for identified purposes, and we do not use or disclose that information for unrelated purposes.

Our products are designed so that customer operational data remains inside the customer's own environment. In ordinary operation, our products do not transmit customer data to Integrated Quantum. This is an architectural property of our software, not merely a policy commitment. Details are described in each product's applicable product specific privacy policy.

3. Information We Collect and Why

We may collect the following categories of information, for the purposes described.

3.1 Website and Digital Interaction Data

When you visit our Website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, approximate location derived from IP address, referring and exit URLs, and, where you have consented to advertising cookies, unique advertising identifiers.

We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Website, diagnose technical problems, understand how visitors use our content, and measure and optimize our marketing. Where we use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, or session recording purposes, those uses are described in Section 4 (Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies) below, including which technologies we use and how you can control them. Some of this activity may involve identifying or associating information with a specific browser or device for advertising measurement and retargeting purposes, as described in Section 4.

3.2 Commercial and Account Information

When you or your organization enters into a commercial relationship with us, including through a third party marketplace or platform listing, we may receive information such as organization name, authorized contact name and email address, subscription or entitlement identifiers, and billing administration details provided by the applicable marketplace or platform under its own policies.

We use this information to administer our commercial relationship with you, facilitate billing and licensing, communicate about your account, and enforce our terms of service.

3.3 Support and Communications Data

When you contact us by email or through a marketplace or platform ticketing system, we receive the contents of your message and associated contact details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, investigate issues, and maintain records of our interactions.

Please do not send raw customer input data, latent encodings, model artifacts, logs containing personal or sensitive information, credentials, secrets, or other confidential or regulated data to Integrated Quantum through support channels. Our support personnel are not equipped to handle such information and it should remain within your own environment.

3.4 Legal, Compliance, and Security Information

We may collect and retain information as required to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3.5 Applicant Information

If you apply for a position or engagement with Integrated Quantum, we will collect the information you provide in connection with your application, such as your name, contact details, work history, and qualifications. We use this information solely to evaluate your application and to communicate with you about it.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Our Website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies. This section describes what we use, why, and how you can control them.

4.1 Categories of Technologies We Use

• Strictly necessary technologies, needed for the Website to function (for example, security and load balancing).

• Analytics technologies, which help us understand how visitors use the Website. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose, and Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage our tags on the Website. Clarity may generate session recordings and heatmaps showing anonymized or pseudonymized interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement on the Website.

• Advertising and retargeting technologies, which help us measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and show relevant ads to prior visitors on other platforms. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) for this purpose.

4.2 What These Technologies Collect and How They Are Used

Analytics and advertising technologies may collect information such as pages viewed, actions taken on the Website, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and identifiers associated with your browser or device (such as cookie identifiers or, in the case of Meta and LinkedIn, hashed or pseudonymized identifiers used for ad matching).

Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn each act as an independent controller or processor of the information collected through their respective technologies and may combine it with other information they separately hold about you, in accordance with their own privacy policies. In particular, information collected through the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be used by Meta and LinkedIn respectively for their own advertising and platform purposes, in addition to providing us with campaign measurement and audience building services. 4.3 Your Choices

When you visit our Website, a cookie banner asks you to Accept or Reject the analytics, advertising, and session recording technologies described in Section 4.1. Your choice is recorded and applied automatically on future visits from the same browser, and you can change it at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link on the Website.

If you select Reject, we withhold consent for the advertising related signals used by the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and our Google Ads tags, and those technologies do not collect or transmit information about your visit for advertising purposes. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not affected by this choice, as described in Section 14.1.

You may also control cookies directly through your browser settings, industry opt out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (youronlinechoices.eu), and the provider specific opt out links listed in Section 4.2.

Our Website does not currently automatically detect universal opt out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. Until it does, you can exercise your opt out rights using the cookie banner or the "Your Privacy Choices" link described above.

Disabling or opting out of these technologies will not affect your ability to use the Website, though it may limit our ability to measure and improve it.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

Integrated Quantum does not collect the following categories of information through ordinary operation of our products:

• raw input data processed by our product encoders inside a customer's environment;

• latent encodings, model artifacts, training data, feature data, or other operational data processed within a customer's environment;

• personal data, protected health information, financial account data, or other regulated information contained in a customer's runtime inputs; and

• sensitive application logs, audit trails, or diagnostics from a customer's internal systems.

This is a function of our product architecture. Our products do not phone home or establish external connections for the purpose of transmitting customer operational data. This section does not apply to Website cookies and tags described in Section 4, which are separate from our product architecture.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, Integrated Quantum relies on one or more of the following, as appropriate to the context:

• performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract;

• compliance with a legal obligation;

• our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business and products, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests; and

• consent, where consent is required by applicable law, including for analytics, advertising, and session recording cookies as described in Section 4, in which case you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

Integrated Quantum does not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes, except as described in this section with respect to our analytics and advertising technology providers.

We may disclose limited personal information to the following categories of recipients, for the purposes described in this Policy:

• affiliates and personnel who require the information to carry out the purposes described above;

• our analytics, advertising, and session recording technology providers, namely Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel), and LinkedIn Corporation (LinkedIn Insight Tag), as described in Section 4;

• marketplace and platform providers where necessary to facilitate entitlement, billing, or marketplace operations;

• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel, under obligations of confidentiality;

• service providers that support ordinary business administration, provided they are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;

• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other governmental authorities where required or permitted by applicable law or legal process; and

• a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

8. International Data Transfers

Integrated Quantum is headquartered in Canada. Information processed by Integrated Quantum, and information collected through the technologies described in Section 4, may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where Integrated Quantum, its affiliates, or its service providers, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn, operate. Where required by applicable law, Integrated Quantum will use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms, for cross border transfers of personal information.

Customer operational data processed by our products inside a customer's own environment is not transferred to Integrated Quantum and therefore is not subject to cross border transfer by us.

9. Applicant Privacy

Personal information collected from Applicants is used solely for the purpose of evaluating applications and communicating with Applicants about the relevant opportunity. Applicant information is not used for any other purpose without consent. Integrated Quantum retains applicant information for a reasonable period consistent with applicable employment and privacy law.

10. Retention

Integrated Quantum retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, and enforcement obligations. Specific retention periods will depend on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. Retention periods for cookie data are set by the applicable technology provider and are described in their respective privacy policies linked in Section 4.2.

We do not retain customer operational data that we never receive through ordinary product use.

11. Security

Integrated Quantum implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the personal information it holds against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures are designed to be appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the nature of the risks involved.

No information security measures can guarantee absolute security. Customers remain solely responsible for security controls within their own environments, including access control, encryption, network configuration, data governance, and protection of any data processed by our products inside those environments.

12. Regulatory Alignment

Integrated Quantum's products are designed to support privacy by design and data minimization objectives consistent with frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and similar data protection regimes.

Compliance with applicable laws remains the responsibility of each customer in their own context. Customers in regulated industries should conduct their own legal, security, and technical review to confirm that our products are appropriate for their particular regulatory context.

As a company operating in British Columbia, Canada, Integrated Quantum is subject to PIPA with respect to personal information we collect in the course of commercial activity, and to applicable federal privacy legislation. Where we receive personal information from individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply GDPR aligned data handling practices.

13. Privacy Rights

Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights in respect of the personal information Integrated Quantum holds about you, including rights to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;

• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

• request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations;

• restrict or object to certain processing;

• receive personal information in a portable format, where technically feasible and legally required; and

• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

14. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross context behavioral advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

14.1 Technologies That Share Information for Cross Context Behavioral Advertising

The following technologies described in Section 4 transmit information about your browsing activity to the named third party for use in advertising, and this transmission may constitute "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA:

• the Meta Pixel, which transmits information to Meta Platforms, Inc.;

• the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which transmits information to LinkedIn Corporation; and

• our Google Ads conversion tracking, global site tag, and conversion linker tags, which transmit information to Google for advertising and remarketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for internal website analytics and session recording. As currently configured, these tools are not used for cross context behavioral advertising and are not included in the sharing disclosure above. If that configuration changes, for example if Google Analytics data is linked to Google Ads for remarketing, we will update this Policy accordingly.

14.2 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sharing described in Section 14.1 by selecting Reject on our cookie banner, or at any time afterward using the "Your Privacy Choices" link available on our Website. This withholds consent signals from the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and our Google Ads tags, so that they do not collect or transmit information about your visit for advertising purposes. You can also use the provider specific opt out links listed in Section 4.2.

We do not currently automatically detect universal opt out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. If we begin honoring such a signal, we will update this Policy accordingly.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

14.3 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at legal@integratedquantum.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request to know, delete, or correct, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

15. Children

Integrated Quantum's products and services are designed for enterprise and organizational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

16. Changes to This Policy

Integrated Quantum may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or applicable law. An updated version will be published through our Website or, where applicable, through the relevant marketplace or listing channel, accompanied by a revised effective date. Your continued use of our products or services following publication of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
